What You Need to Know
DELIVERY & POSTAGE CHARGES
Getting your parcel to you on time and as efficiently as possible is very important to us. This is why we work together with leading courier company DPD Ireland.
All orders are processed and dispatch within 1-2 working days
IMPORTANT
COVID-19 Update
We have been advised by our courier, DPD Ireland that all deliveries will take longer than expected.
Please be advised of current estimated delivery times from when an order leaves us:
Ireland – Can take up to 5-7 working days for delivery
Europe – Can take up to 6-8 working days for delivery
UK – All deliveries have been temporarily suspended
For the Republic of Ireland and all EU Zone orders, the delivery charge can vary from €9 to €16 depending on product size – Tracked & Signed (via courier delivery)
Returns
How It Works
Order cancellation
We try to process your order as quick as possible, to deliver it faster to your doors. Thus if you decided to cancel your order, please send us a request within 12 hours of purchase, to stop the shipping process. Otherwise, we won’t be able to stop the delivery process and the Return Policy applies.
Returns & exchanges
We always hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, from time to time, there may be a reason why you want to return your order. We aim to make this process as simple as possible.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do ask that customers returning products give us feedback as to why they were unhappy with the product in question - this makes you a very important part of our quality control. It would really help us if you could email info@rainballs.ie and use the subject title ‘Return’ so that we can prioritise your needs. We will aim to have your needs addressed as quickly as possible.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase inside the return parcel that contains. Your order number and full name. Ship the return back within: 30 days of the original delivery date.
Shipping return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods or purchasing shipping insurance. Please ensure that it is packed and labelled carefully so that it is not damaged or lost in transit as the goods are sent at your risk and at your own expense. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please keep your returns tracking number until you receive your refund – you may be asked to provide this if we've not received your item(s). If you did not use a tracked service for the return or a tracked service for the return and only have a postage receipt, you'll need to file a claim with the postal service directly.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For example:
If any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow 10 working days for the refund to reach your original payment method. If you paid by card, please make sure you check your bank statement from the date of the order onwards, as your refund may be shown against the order date. If you made your original payment with a card that is now expired or cancelled, please contact your bank. The refund will always be processed to your original method of payment and can’t be sent to another card. If you paid using another payment method, please contact the payment provider/issuer to locate the refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Unfortunately we do no longer offer product exchanges. If you return an unwanted item, we will issue a refund. Please place another order if you require a different product. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Damaged / Faulty Items received
We try very hard to ensure that our customers receive their order in pristine condition. Where your order is presented to you with obvious signs of damage we recommend that you DO NOT accept it from the courier and let them take it back. Ideally, take some photos of the parcel showing the damage. However do not rely on the courier to contact us, you should follow up and contact us as soon as possible so we can organise another order to be sent out to you.
Please inspect carefully and thoroughly each item immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible at hello@rainballs.ie if an issue arises so we can follow up with the courier or the party at fault as quickly as possible. Providing us with details and sending us pictures (from a mobile phone is fine) of the damage in question, is really useful. Once we have these details we will be in touch with you with instructions as to how you can return the damaged / faulty items to us. In the case of a damaged / faulty items we will, of course, cover the cost of returning the items to us, this is at our discretion and is agreed by us in advance of you returning us the items in question.
Please note that we do not give refunds on damaged / faulty items not notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Your Data is Secure
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from RainBalls.ie (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Sharing your personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Under no circumstances may persons under the age of 16 use this website without the consent of a parental authority.
