How much does shipping cost?

For the Republic of Ireland and all EU Zone orders, the delivery charge can vary from €9 to €16 depending on product size – Tracked & Signed (via courier delivery)

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
Yes, but it has to be before you receive your shipment notification. Please send us an email to hello@rainballs.ie with "Order change/Order cancelation" subject. After you receive shipment notification, no changes can be made and Return Policy applies.
When I will receive my order?
After placing an order within 1-3 days you'll receive an email with tracking number saying that your package has been shipped. Estimated delivery times from shipping notification:
Ireland – 5 - 7 working days
Europe – up to 6 - 8 working days

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, but you have to provide another address in the notes for the order or contact us before you receive shipping notification. The additional delivery charge will be applied.
What is our return policy?
Our return policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately we do no longer offer product exchanges. If you return an unwanted item, we will issue a refund. Please place another order if you require a different product. More info here
How much does it cost to return a product(s)?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unwanted item.
What if the item is faulty?
We’re sorry that you’ve received a faulty item – if you return the faulty item back to us for inspection and the issue is a production fault for example, we’ll send you out a replacement. Plus, we’ll cover the cost of any returns postage. You‘ll need to let us know within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel if there is a fault so we can resolve the problem for you quickly.
